Distribution

Material. Cundimarca, Suba, Hno. Niceforo Maria leg., x.1959 (MLS-BOG 587); "Bogota" (NHMUK, holotype). Altitudinal range. Around the locality above, altitudes range is 2550-2650 m.
Ecology. The species occurs in Magdalena Valley montane forests ecoregion. The actual habitat is unknown.
Remarks. This is the first precise locality known for this species.
