Description

20mm. Elongate, compressed-conical, each end rounded; orifice nearer anterior end, base gently arched; radial ridges crossed by thinner, more crowded concentric ridges. Thick callus around orifice inside. White often with brownish rays. Syn; D. bombayana (Sowerby, 1862). Habitat: intertidal rocks and stones.
