Shell yellowish brown with milky whitish 1.3 embryonal whorls, translucent and shiny, postembryonal whorl with distinct and irregular growth lines, 1.7-2 whorls, last whorl descending, columellar margin slightly concave, broadly reflected and thickened.
Posterior section of vas deferens enlarged and spirally coiled, inserts laterally to penis, restractor penis inserts to flagellum, vagina covered by a glandular tissue.

In Crete quite rare, in W Cyprus very frequent. In Cyprus recorded mainly from coastlands and moderately high mountains, rare in very high mountains and flatland plains.
