Description

Shell elongate, ovate-quadrate. Apex within the margin near the posterior left. Surface smooth except for sub-obsolete radials, about ten along the posterior margin, being the only distinct ones. Colour dull light reddish-brown, interior darker brown in the apical area. Siphonal groove broad and shallow, well defined.
Diameter, 10 mm.; length, 15 mm.; height, 5 mm. Holotype: In Dr. H. J. Finlay Collection, Auckland Museum. Locality: Macquarie Island.
