Description

Microtralia ambigua: The shape of the shell is oval with rather an elevated spire; 1 nuclear whorl, and 3 others rapidly increasing in size. The surface is smooth, shiny, and almost transparent, and there is a distinct fold on the lower part of the columella (not clear in photo). The colour is grey; and the size 1,2 x 0,8 mm.

Interchangeable taxa

Microtralia ambigua: This is nearest to Tornatina meridionalis Smith, but that is much wider.
