Description

Moderately solid, rugosely longitudinally striate, crossed by close revolving striae ; yellowish brown, with here and there the remnants of a chestnut-colored epidermis ; whorls 5,5 , suture subcrenate ; last whorl subinflated, the spiral sculpture obsolete below the middle ; columella subvertical ; aperture pearly within.
