Shell very small, solid, high-conic, laterally compressed; forameri a little in front of center, nearly circular, bounded within by a strong callus which is rather precipitously cut off and squared posteriorly. Exterior sculptured with numerous radial cords separated by interspaces about as wide as the cords, the whole latticed by concentric threads. Margin delicately crenulate. Color whitish, varyingly rayed with dark brown. Long, of holotype 3.8, lat. 2.5, alt. 3.6 mm.
Type-Locality: 6-10 fms., off Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico; M. Wood-bridge Williams, 6-7 Apr. 1937.
Comparisons: This very distinct species is characterized by its minute size, high-conic outline, lateral compression, fine latticed sculpturing, and heavy foraminal callus. It can be confused with none of the other described Panamic Province species.
