Shell. Differing from that of Marshallora adversa in that the number of tuberculated spiral ridges grows to 5 on the last whorl near the aperture and that at about the same level the adapical untuberculated spiral keel splits into two and develops some tuberosities. Axial elongation of tubercles in this area is not pronounced. Aperture. The siphonal canal is longer than in M. adversa.
Size. 5-6 x 2 mm. Last whorl = 33% of total shell height; aperture = c. 20% of shell height. Colour of animal. Body white as in adversa but tentacles flecked with opaque yellow. Geographical distribution. From N. Spain to the western Channel basin.
