Shell very small (<2.00 mm), higher than wide, robust, high spired, turbiniform, formed by 3.9 whorls, carinate and narrowly umbilicated. Protoconch smooth, with about 0.8 whorls and 200 µm in diameter. The teleoconch has 3 whorls and its periphery is strongly carinated. Ornamentation formed by spiral cords, axial ribs and microgranules. Cords and ribs cover the entire surface of the teleoconch, forming a regular reticle of rectangular/quadrangular spaces; there are thick nodules at the intersection points. In the last two whorls, there is a predominance of axial sculpture; the number of the axial costae is 30 on the last whorl. The spiral cords are projecting strongly and next to the spaces between cords, markedly concave, they form angles at the periphery of the teleoconch. In apertural view 3-4 spiral cords can be seen at the first whorl, 2 at the second and 7 on the last one (1 subsutural, 4 peripheral, 1 basal and 1 periumbilical) distributed between the suture to the umbilicus. The interspaces are very concave. The periumbilical cord has large nodules, wide and elongated and closer together and delimit the umbilicus. The axial ribs are strong, but less thick than the spiral cords. There are no variciform axial thickenings. Inside the reticular spaces, the surface is completely covered with microgranules. The umbilicus is narrow and deep; only marked growth lines are observed inside. Aperture rounded, prosocline; columella thick, arched, wider at its base and reflected towards the umbilicus, with an anterior channel at the base. Outer lip scalloped internally with the external margin undulated by the effect of the thick spiral cords. Dimensions: the holotype size is 1.7 mm in height and 1.58 mm in diameter (H/D: 1.1).

Conradia faceta n. sp. is characterized by the prominent wide spiral cords, crossed by narrower axial ribs which form nodules at the crossing points. Conradia multicostae n. sp. is distinguished by having fewer axial ribs and basal cords.
