The shape of the shell is narrowly conic; 1 smooth nuclear whorl, the remaining 6 slightly convex; aperture rather patulate and projecting. The surface is marked by fine wavy axial ribs, about 30 on the last whorl. The colour is greyish white and semi-transparent; and the size 3 x 1 mm.

This is smaller and thinner than the others. It has more axial ribs than R. albanyana.
