65mm. Very thick, heavy, ovate, short or high spired, with impressed sutures; long, recurved siphonal canal. Strong, nodulous spiral cords, the nodes forming sharp blades at shoulder, 1 dorsal node hump-like and larger than others; 2 varices. Strong, elongated teeth on inner side of outer lip; columella lirate throughout except for smooth central area. White heavily blotched dark brown; columella, teeth and aperture white.
