Shell medium, elongately conical. Whorls a little flattened, longitudinal sculpture marked on early whorls, becoming obsolete on latter, interstices minutely striate and roughened so as to appear granulose; whorls many, ribs eight to a whorl. Mouth broadly oval, not complete nor varicose; inner lip reflected, forming a pseudo-canaliculate basal tip with the outer lip. Shell cream, elongated. Whorls slightly convex, sometimes varicose, crenulated at the suture; surface minutely granulated. Aperture rounded; inner lip thick. Size: 1,5 inches.
