Description

The slender shell is white, with numerous sinuous axial ribs that extend across the rounded whorls and base. The most characteristic feature is the relative height of the spire, the aperture being only one-fourth to one-fifth the height of the shell. Length, 25 mm; diameter, 7.5 mm. Gulf of Tehuantepec to Costa Rica, 10 to 25 m.
