Translucent, glossy off-white, slightly darker at suture where it overlaps previous whorl. Shape biconic, with blunt apex and a low spire, whorls almost flat, aperture slightly longer than spire, inner lip smooth, gently concave at middle, columella straight, with fairly thick callus. Outer lip in side view rather straight, gently and widely concave above; thickened in middle. Smooth, except for faint axial threads. Protoconch broadly domed with faintly pitted whorls; breadth 0.28 mm. Length ca 2.8 mm.
Distribution and habitat: known only from the type locality.
Note: Compare with Decipifus consanguineus form langleyi and Antimitrella fuscafasciata.
