A few specimens characterized by 1) turbiniform shell not exceeding 2 mm in height, 2) protoconch flat-topped, of 2.25 smooth whorls, 3) teleoconch whorls angular, with moderately wide shoulder slope, 4) body whorl globose with convex base, 5) narrow umbilicus, 6) aperture broadly oval, slightly prosocline, 7) sculpture of spiral cords overridden and made nodulose by dense collabral threads; 2 spirals occur on earlier whorls, 7 over the body whorl; 1 additional spiral is noted within the umbilicus, just below its border.

The species ranges from Malaysia to Hong Kong. It is an epifaunal element dwelling on mud in the uppermost infralittoral zone.
