Interchangeable taxa

This species resembles M. danielsseni rather closely but is more slender and its whorls are higher.

Distribution

Clarke (1974) recorded M. krampi from 570-2300 m, (4 stations) in Baffin Bay. It has not been taken outside the deep parts of Baffin Bay.
