Description

Shell size typical for genus, adult size of holotype 4.1 mm; fusiform, elongate. Suture slightly impressed. Protoconch paucispiral, -1.5 smooth whorls. Teleoconch of four whorls. Axial sculpture of 11-12 strong ribs on all teleoconch whorls. Spiral sculpture of basal cords, ventrally ranging to just below adapical end of columella. Outer lip slightly thickened, bearing continuation of basal cords. Inner lip with thin rim of partially merged denticles and terminal sinus. Columellar callus thickened, slightly raised. Parietal callus thickened. Columella smooth. Siphonal canal short, open, straight. Teleoconch whorls off-white to pale beige in colour. Protoconch off-white. Aperture and columella off-white.
