Shell size typical for genus, adult size up to 10.7 mm; fusiform, elongate. Suture slightly impressed. Protoconch multispiral, slightly more than three smooth whorls. Teleoconch of 6.25-6.5 whorls. Axial sculpture absent. Spiral sculpture almost obsolete on earliest whorls, becoming stronger, consisting of ten flattened, broad cords with narrow interspaces on penultimate whorl and ca. 16 on final whorl, continuing as slightly thicker basal cords. Outer lip slightly thickened, with small rim, bearing continuation of spiral sculpture. Inner lip denticulate, with seven denticles; two adapicalmost strong, four central denticles weaker, abapicalmost denticle again stronger. Columellar callus slightly thickened. Parietal callus weak. Columella smooth. Siphonal canal short, open, straight. Teleoconch whorls off-white in colour with faint, random pattern of beige flecks on all whorls, but more pronounced on lower whorls. Protoconch off-white, semi-translucent. Aperture and columella off-white. Holotype height 10.7 mm.

Most similar to Indomitrella concalis, but differing in the multispiral protoconch of a different colour, the higher spire and the colour pattern.
