Description

Shell moderately large, fusiform, gray colored with white subsutural bands having punctuated small orange dots on angled shoulder. Whorls having dark color patterns. Protoconch large, two coils, orange, mamillate. Pale gray middle zone with punctuated orange patterns, separated by extremity of subsutural band posteriorly and fasciolar band that lacks of ancillid band anteriorly. Basal zone separated by wide, shallow furrow from columella pillar with 4 to 5 folds. Aperture wide. Outer lip thin. Siphonal canal wide, shallow. Length 11.5 mm; Width 4.8 mm; Aperture 6.8 mm.

Interchangeable taxa

This new species resembles Amalda (Exiquasvira) sydneynsis, but differs in having stepped subsutural band and two coiled protoconch.
