Mikroskop Meopta A22V, objektiv 45x (NA=0,65), USB okulár TOUPCAMSCMOS 3000KPA. Fixace formaldehydem 4 %, médium - kyselina mléčná 80%. Složeno z více fotografií s různou rovinou ostrosti.
