According Švihla, V. (2006) [http://www.aemnp.eu/PDF/46_0/46_0_107.pdf], all records of C. incana from Greece are either macedonica, or C. cretica (not only in Crete, but also found in continental Greece, and W Turkey). Distribution of C. cretica don't cover Thessaloniki (Central Macedonia, Greece), the location of this observation.

C. macedonica distribution: Greece: Central Macedonia, Thessaly, Naxos Island; Macedonia; southern Bulgaria.

C. cretica distribution: Eastern part of central Greece, Crete, northern and central Turkey.
