Mikroskop Meopta A22V, objektiv 6x (NA=0,15), USB okulár TOUPCAMSCMOS 3000KPA. Fixace formaldehydem 4 %, médium - kyselina mléčná 80%. Složeno z několika fotografií s různou rovinou ostrosti.
