this papaver setigerum d.c. may be partly purple from a full purple somniferum but not certinly.i had some purplish white italian setigerum mixed with red and purple.the purple becamr diluted and mostly vanisht.the red diluted tu 3 lighter shades then only red one occured but the red possiblely a new partly lighter setigerum like red than the original partly setgerum somniferum and other garden hybrid, too black bloches with lighter purple setiger bloches dilute and mostly vanish and then black bloch setigerum d.c. is i believ hybrid from other species too.yellow or white only one pollen color is true setigerum d.c. probablely and i had tall somniferum stems gradual disappier and vanish and a mostly setigerum ancestry population apparently rided themselves uf somniferum stem height and larger pod size too and black bloches grey pollen from another kind uf poppy and too uf mutations after numerous generations.at liest partly therfore meny setigerum d.c. fotos have hybrid traits and setigerum is at liest partly a different species because tall stems dominant somniferum not mutation but gradually vanishs like other hybrid traits from most setigerum kind uf gene pool.
