Indeed, this is a beautiful photo, and a lovely creature - but it is not catocala promissa, but Allophyes oxyacanthae, instead

E.g it has 4 prolegs, as promissa doesn´t have - and the blackish lateral crossline hindpart, together with the black/white lateral crossline at the 4. segment is typical signs of oxycanthae
