Determination note

F. pennanti does not occupy SriLanka. In comparison to squirrels in the photo, pennanti has longer central stripe (from mid-ears to tail base), and and additional lateral pale stripe (cf. the top animal on the photo). Most like, the photographed animals are F. palmarum.
