It is possible to select up to ten alternative languages in the "Settings" function (in left menu). Names in selected languages are then displayed directly on taxon profiles (and not only in function "Taxon - names") and on glossary profiles.

This is useful especially for translators or for users who want to contribute vernacular names in other than their native language.

Alternative languages are saved for registered users and are automatically set after logging in.
